Processes all of the Credit, ATM/Debit, and third party cards for FNBO and its affiliates by using Datacard embossing and inserting equipment. Also responsible for assisting on all of the mail functions of the department, and duties as assigned. Under general supervision and continually monitored by security cameras.
Hours are 5:00am-1:00pm, but may change based on business needs
Responsibilities:
Knowledge/Related Experience:
High School graduate or equivalent. Good reading, analytical and mathematical skills, and interpersonal skills are required. Experience in Production Control Operations is desired. Experience using automated inserting equipment, PC experience (Outlook, Word, Excel, TBS), and typing skills is strongly desired.
Working Relationships :
Works closely with the entire Embossing staff and the Datacard service engineers on a daily basis. Communication and interaction with internal and external FNBO customers.
Physical Demands :
Odd hours depending on assigned shift. Normal maintenance of assigned equipment. Ability to work in a highly secured environment is required. Lifting up to 65 pounds occasionally.
Accuracy:
Excessive/ Major errors will result in disqualification from the monthly quality incentive program. Errors will have a negative effect on the annual Personal Effectiveness Appraisal.
Attendance:
Reliable and consistent attendance is expected.

Qualification requirements include meeting applicable financial responsibility, character, credit fitness and criminal background standards. Successful candidates must meet ongoing regulatory requirements including acceptable fingerprinting and credit reports.
