Develops, implements, updates, and maintains human resources information system (HRIS) and performs in-depth HR analysis by performing the following duties. Liaison with HR Business partners for training and solutions to current, future and latent needs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in the review, testing and implementation of HRIS system upgrades or patches. Collaborate with functional and technical staff to coordinate application of upgrade or fix. Provide expertise in the analysis, design, development and implementation of the Oracle HCM Cloud and Recruiting applications. Recommends system design changes and upgrades based on efficiency of current system, feedback from end users, and business objectives.
Ensures HR data is maintained accurately and up-to-date through data entry, data uploads, and regular audits. Troubleshoot production issues to include problem research and analysis, and performing steps for resolution.
Provide support for HRIS, including researching and resolving HRIS problems, unexpected results or process flaws; performing scheduled activities; recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.
Recommend process/customer service improvements and innovative solutions. Serve as a key liaison with third parties and other stakeholders (e.g. HR Business Partners and payroll). Use project management skills in managing projects.
Acts as a liaison with IT on technical issues and projects requiring data integration and other technical support
Write, maintain and support a variety of reports or queries using appropriate reporting tools. Assist in development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs. Help maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data.
Develop user procedures, guidelines and documentation. Train clients on new processes/functionality. Train new system users.
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in HR or computer science or equivalent work experience.
Three to five years of HRIS or HR Systems experience.
One to two years of project management experience.
Recruiting and Onboarding Administrator experience required
Two years of Oracle Cloud HCM experience.
Two years of OTBI experience.
Experience in Workflows and Fast Formulas is preferred.
Experience in Taleo is preferred.
Strong aptitude to isolate problems, addressing immediate needs, analyzing ramifications, and implementing solutions.
Must possess analytical skills
