Firm Analytics partners with business areas to provide analytical insights for firm decision making and strategic planning.  Analytics utilizes advanced data manipulation techniques and tools in their expertise to transform and analyze data that provide actionable insights. 

The major responsibilities of the Firm Analytics Team Leader position include:

     

    Providing analytical insights to small to medium firm-wide  initiatives.

    Partnering with senior leaders in Firm Analytics & Firm Senior Leaders to provide analytical insights on large firm-wide initiatives.

    Partnering with senior leaders in Firm Analytics to utilize analytic insights to drive decision making with firm senior leaders.

    Executing best in class analytics within area of responsibility.

    Utilizing analytics to solve business issues.

    Partnering with FAN Analytics leaders to determining the appropriate analytical approach for the business need(s) that will achieve desired business outcomes/value.

    Partnering with FAN Analytics Leaders to help scope the analytical resource requirements (people, systems, and tools) required to achieve the desired business outcome.

    Educating business areas on how to effectively use analytics 

    Develop vision, mission and plan for execution for singular area of responsibility in partnership with Firm Analytics senior leadership.

    Leading team members in achieving the team's stated objectives.

    Equipping team members with building networks & partnership, influencing without authority, analytical knowledge, and communicates with impact skills. Position Qualifications:


  • Education / Certification or functional knowledge required.  

  • Bachelors Degree and preferred Advanced Degree or Certification in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Analytics.  

  • Minimum Years of Experience.  

  • 7+ years of experience in financial, economic, or analytical role preferred.  Financial services industry experience preferred.

  • Depth of Knowledge of principles and practices.  

  • Prior leadership experience preferred but not required with demonstrated increasing levels of responsibility.  

  • Proficient level of understanding of analytics.  

  • Prior experience in the financial services industry is a plus. 

  • Consulting and/or business development experience is preferred.
