Department Overview

Our team is responsible for maintaining existing product documentation and preparing content for new product launches within the Video Solutions and Analytics team. Product deliverables include online help, installation, and user guides.

Job Description

• Manage documentation tasks in coordination with project goals




• Work with engineering subject matter experts to gather product content




• Flexible to meet changing priorities in a fast paced-Agile work environment




• Self-motivated




• Strong attention to detail




• MadCap Flare product experience is desired




• Familiar with SnagIt and/or other screen capture and editing tools is a plus




• CSS and HTML5 experience is a plus

Basic Requirements

Must be a current student enrolled in a university and pursuing BA/BS degree in technical writing, English, journalism, or a scientific field
