PACCAR is seeking a Sales and Adminstrative Analyst to provide support for Area Sales personnel, conducts detailed analysis of regional sales metrics, compiles monthly sales reporting and maintains flooring accounts on the accounting system.

Job Functions / Responsibilities
Provides sales support to Region Manager and Area Sales team including assisting with marketing activities, account management and customer service.
Generate and maintain daily, weekly and monthly Sales and Administration reports such as, but not limited to; transactional reports, new loan report and vehicle Title follow-up report.
Receives and audits release of Vehicle Titles on a daily basis
Prepare direct loan, lease documents and contract revisions as needed.
Provides administrative support to dealers, customers and management.
Conducts detailed analysis of regional sales metrics to assist the Region Manager in routine evaluations and decisions.
Assists with dealer analysis and prepares various marketing reports, which may include chassis report, multiple market share reports, dealer financial reports and other marketing management reports as assigned.
Special projects as assigned.
Skills
Two to three years of administrative or sales support experience, preferably in a financial environment.
Strong PC skills, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM, and other programs.
Good organizational skills. Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and balance multiple priorities.
Experience with Tableau
Good interpersonal skills with strong customer service orientation. Ability to interact with all levels of management.
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
Strong PC skills, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM, and other programs.
Good organizational skills. Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
Bachelor degree in business or other related field required.
