North America Business Area (BA NA) utilizes the Electrolux Manufacturing
System program in pursuit of operational and commercial excellence. In our fast
changing environment there are significant opportunities to further apply and
enhance use of EMS to deliver outstanding consumer experiences.

This position
will drive the digital transformation to accelerate and embed the use of EMS /
CI principles, process, and indicators within operational areas of BA NA. The
role will work with cross-functional
teams including Plant, Quality, Finance and IT to simplify, standardize and digitalize
EMS / CI processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Lead, promote, and facilitate the digitalization of CI / EMS within operational areas so that it becomes a "part of the culture" at Electrolux.

  • Support digital standard creation to enable high performing teams in key strategic improvement initiatives.

  • Develop digital processes to improve baseline performance relative to cost, quality, cycle-time and customer satisfaction by delivering business results.

  • Drive the education & development of digital CI skills, competencies, and effectiveness among key project stakeholders

  • Develop, and play a hands-on execution role in the EMS / CI plan, ensuring robust sustainable lean processes. Own the execution (impact, timeline and dependencies) and sustainability of project results.

  • Drive Standardization and continuous improvement of the EMS/ CI principles, tools and practices.

  • Identify automation / digital waste elimination opportunities and implement solutions to realize demonstrable efficiency.

  • Develop and define methodology for measurement of frontline employee ideas and the resulting savings with ability to establish clear KPIs.

  • Increase employee engagement and involvement through simple to use, visual digital methods.

Minimum Qualification


EDUCATION &
EXPERIENCE (Minimum Qualifications):


  • Bachelor's degree required; Engineering / IT degree preferred (Master's degree preferred)

  • Lean experienced required; Certification preferred

  • 3 years of experience leading digital implementations

  • Well versed in modern tools and methodologies of process improvement
