Job Description:

PAPÉ KENWORTH NORTHWEST – SEATAC, WA

 

PRODUCT SUPPORT SALES REPRESENTATIVE: Positon will promote the sale of truck parts and services to external customers. Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Maintaining relationships with established customers and building relationships with potential customers.


• Maintaining own knowledge of products, services and costs of each.


• Quoting repair work costs as required.


• Assisting in the collection of past due accounts, when requested.


• Setting account targets for the sale of parts and service products.

Must be self-motivated and have excellent customer relation skills.  Communication, both oral and written, must be above average.  Applicant must be knowledgeable in both parts and service. Must have at minimum three years truck parts sales experience, or a minimum of five years’ experience working at a class 8 truck dealership.  Must be willing to perform cold call sales, along with growing current customer volumes. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
