General Description
In this role you will be responsible for selling parts by taking customer orders; retrieving and selling replacement parts/equipment; receiving and recording new parts inventory; maintaining warehouse organize to maintain a safe and secure environment. This job position interacts internally with all management level, as well as direct labor employees. Outside the company this job position interacts with customers and suppliers most of the time.
Specific responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Responsible for promoting sales of HVAC replacement components, and aftermarket products to external/internal customers. Visiting customer's business in order to offer our line of products.
- Completes sales by entering purchased items into NxTrend; obtaining payment; adding purchase to credit account; issuing sales receipts.
- Maintains parts inventory by verifying supplies; placing orders when order-points are reached.
- Work in coordination with the Warranty Department to process claims and advise customers of internal policies related to returns or parts change.
- Provide superior customer service to customers.
- Notify supervisor and be part of store's needs in terms of repairs, cleaning, maintenance, and other aspects to keep the stores in neat conditions and in compliance.
- Maintain equipment, and parts well allocated in the showroom to attract customers.
- Pick-up merchandise on the general warehouse and accommodate it on the store's warehouse.
- In charge of deliver/pick-up equipment to our customer around the island.
- Stocks items by unpacking, arranging, and placing items in bins, shelves and Store's Warehouse.
- Maintains safe and secure environment by following safety and security standards and procedures; complying with EH&S and CE Ethics Code.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Other tasks as required by the Totaline Department of Carrier Puerto Rico Inc.

Education
Ideal: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration
Minimum: Licensed Refrigeration Technician
Experience
Ideal: 3 years
Minimum: 1 year
Languages
Fluent in Spanish. Conversational English is preferred.
Able to write/read in English & Spanish
Computer Skills
Basic Knowledge and experience using computers
Basic Knowledge in MS Excel
Basic Knowledge in MS Outlook)
Special Requirements
Valid Driver's License (Cat 8 preferred)
Forklift Experience (preferred)
