Job Description 

 

This is a cross-functional program support role, responsible for program management support for single or multiple Retail Channel projects with incentives totaling up to $4 million. As an emerging leader, team member is expected to possess intermediate /comprehensive program knowledge and regularly make suggestions for process improvements. 

 

 



Function 



  • Supports residential efficiency programs by performing outreach and education activities with customers and retail partners and preparing monthly reports and other internal and external correspondence. 




  • Represent ENGIE Impact and our clients to retail partners by ensuring      program products are up-to-date and accurate in assigned territory 




  • Serve as the representative for ENGIE Impact and our clients at outreach and other events 




  • Will conduct in store retail events on a regular basis or as needed 




  • Participate in special regional projects as needed 




  • Interface with the public and resolve customer issues, complaints and questions about the program 




  • Assist the Program Manager with data collection, charts and graphs 




  • Responsible for building and running reports 




  • Conduct data analysis as required 




  • Will serve as back-up for Sr. Program Coordinator 




  • Performs related work as required

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field.  Will accept 2-3 years experience in customer service and project related support role. Will accept a combination of education and experience totaling 2 years minimum. 


  • 2-3 years customer service with project support experience 




  • MS Office/Intermediate 




  • Good customer interface skills   




  • Intermediate skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook 




  • Able to work remotely with minimal oversight 




  • Good organizational skills 




  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and be self-directed. 




  • Ability to work in cross-functional and matrix-managed teams 




  • Flexible and a team player 




  • Problem-solving abilities 




  • Critical thinking skills 




  • Ability to form relationships with internal and external stakeholders Ability to work in cross-functional and matrix-managed teams is also required  




  • Superior communication skills both verbal and written 




  • Aptitude for process improvement and finding efficiencies 




  • Ability to interact with multiple software platforms during a single transaction 




  • Flexibility, team work and a sense of fun 




  • Ability to multi-task, and still deliver the highest level of customer service 




  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, professional environment with constant change
