Senior Specialist, Integrated Account Services

Primary Purpose

Supports the Integrated Account Management team's needs to develop a wide variety of communication materials, templates, and client- customized materials that support marketing activities targeting all BH audiences. These are primarily single deliverable Workfront projects or small scope projects across channels and business lines. The Senior Specialist is responsible for working with designers, writers and content creators as well as overseeing timelines for deliverables and ensuring consistent brand representation.

Major Functions/Responsibilities


  • Support marketing efforts by assisting with creation of assets, tools and resources for various audiences and for all lines of business.

  • Work closely with designer, writer, and content creators to bring smaller scope projects to completion.

  • Manage single deliverable projects within project management system (Workfront).

  • Own the direct mail channel, which includes supporting projects with this channel, working with the Integrated Account Services lead or internal client to develop plans, report on results, manage printers and list vendors, and coordinate with Creative.

  • Manage timelines and budgets for deliverables.

  • Manage MRC platform, work with vendor, administer changes/updates and troubleshoot any issues for B2C, and HR user groups.

  • Responsible for ensuring all materials meet brand standards.

  • Photography management support as needed.

  • Updates status reports, support and follow all company policies, procedures, and leadership efforts.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

  • Manage Bright Buy inventory re-order list.

  • Assist in partnership promotions and promotional items research and production.

Decision Making Authority

  • The position makes decisions around design, messaging and campaign content within the framework and strategy set forth by the internal clients, subject to review and approval of Senior Manager/Director.

Education/Experience/Skills


  • Bachelor's degree required.

  • Minimum of 3 - 5 years of marketing, account management, or related experience required.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong project management skills.

  • Highly organized; ability to work with multiple priorities and to respond to tasks with urgency.

  • Collaborative, eager to learn, and self-motivated.

  • Some experience/familiarity with Salesforce desirable.

  • Ability to learn new technologies and systems.

  • Agency experience a plus.
