Working as an ERSEA Coordinator at Acelero Learning Learning will give you the opportunity to to give back to your local community by engaging and supporting the families and children in our program. You will collaborate with FSH and other program leadership to assure the execution of high quality ERSEA systems and policies that are in full compliance with Head Start Performance Standards and Acelero Learning policies and procedures.

To be successful and to thrive in this role, you should have previous experience working with vulnerable families, along with the ability to:

  • Supervision

    • Supervising a team of ERSEA staff and working as a member of the FSH leadership team, the ERSEA Coordinator assures that our program is fully enrolled, reaches (E)HS eligible children and families in our communities, maintains high levels of attendance and delivers the highest level of customer experience to our families throughout the recruitment, application and enrollment process

  • Recruitment

    • Work in collaboration with Center FSH leadership to develop Center-based recruitment plans.

  • Eligibility, Enrollment and Selection

    • Meet enrollment guidelines as set by OHS and ensure fully enrolled by start of PY/ Support the ERSEA team to live the values and behaviors outlined in Acelero Learning's Provider of Choice Baseline Beliefs and Behaviors

  • Attendance

    • Oversee and coordinate automated attendance training, implementation and follow up

  • Health Requirements

    • Oversee ERSEA team in securing health requirements documentation during the application and enrollment process, including follow-up with families after entry regarding outstanding health documentation

All you need now is the passion for achieving positive child and family outcomes through high-quality family engagement, a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Human Services, Family Services, Counseling, or a related field, required to be Bilingual (Spanish/English), experience in training and skills related to social, human and family services working with children and families, be able to travel locally or long-distance up to 10% of the time for work-related meetings and functions; and an eagerness to adopt our values: Embracing Diversity, Teamwork & Community, Data-Informed Learning, Open Communication, and Follow-Through .
