DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES

• Facilitates training to support company initiatives and objectives within CS, NMI and other internal groups.


• Creates, revises, and facilitates the CS New Hire training for CS Network based on various data inputs.


• Provides feedback and recommendations on the effectiveness of training materials.


• Coordinates training logistics and manages classroom activities.


• Collaborates with CS personnel and relevant stakeholders to create effective materials.


• Supports vendor partner call center training.


• Ensures all training KPIs are met for each new hire cycle.


• Creates and designs training materials related to basic Consumer Service needs, with moderate complexity.


• Maintains inventory of training supplies and materials.


• May provide project or customer-facing support as needed.
