The Sales Compensation Analyst is part of the team that tracks, monitors and pays commissions to all of the field based sales reps for Medline. This role is responsible for understanding all pertinent reports and calculations pertaining to the reps commission and other pay components.
Responsibilities include:
Serves as the point person for new hires transfers and terminations
Responsible for the upkeep, auditing and integrity of tracking reports internally and externaly across all sales forces
Will work closely with the manager to monitor pay plan changes to ensure reps are not over or underpaid as well as monitoring the results of the quota changes in the quota tracking reports
Provide courteous and customer focused responses to emails and calls. Prioritize these requests based on urgency and accurately resolve requests within department designated time frames
Responsible for the upkeep, auditing, and integrity of all quota tracking internally and externally across all sales forces and any ad hoc reporting as it pertains to analyzing quota and related pay issues
Provide back up to other analysts as needed
Bachelor's degree
Minimum of 1 year of analysis experience
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel such as V-lookup, pivot tables, formulas)
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, and volume
