Job Description:


As a member of the Wealth Management Modern Workplace Team, you will assist with initiatives to enable partners to execute consistently on leading practices, promote efficiencies and enhance performance, with a special focus on client service and workplace technologies

Primary Areas of Focus

Wealth Management Intranet Administrator


•Act as daily manager for the site including overseeing daily and periodic content management processes

•Consult with Content Owners to ensure consistent, quality partner experience

•Provide training to new Content Owners and partners/users

•Participate in enterprise docket process including advocating for key enhancements / fixes and ensuring thorough testing

•Assist with updates to the site platform defined by enterprise upgrades and initiatives.

•Foster partner engagement through regular communications and other activities, such as online collaboration groups and partner observation / focus sessions

•Run and analyze site metrics on monthly basis and apply insights to site management and to help drive adoption



Report Generation and Analytical Support


•Partner Workstation, O365 and Wealth Management Intranet monthly metrics

•Reporting - standing and ad hoc - analysis in support of various team projects and initiatives



Assist with Special Projects


•Data gathering and analysis

•Communications and job aids (e.g., posting Knowledge articles in Partner Workstation)

•Rollout and engagement of enterprise digital workplace tools

•WM Digital Transformation initiatives







Key Skills / Attributes

•Experience with Microsoft Office Suite,(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote) and SharePoint

•Experience with Windows 10 and Microsoft O365 is a plus

Experience:

•College or University Degree and relevant proven work experience
