Collaborates with Sr Engineering management to lead teams, develop scopes, define costs and schedules related to new CBI capital initiatives. He or she will develop funding material and justification for executive board review and funding. Provides daily engineering direction in the design, layout and master planning of multiple packaging lines. Provides leadership for on-site field engineers and OEM contractors. Manages multiple aspects design, implementation and start up for multiple brewery locations. Responsible for the budgets, scheduling, quality assurance, and safety on the job site and required to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, relevant building codes and laws.

Bachelors Degree or Higher in Engineering or Job Specific Related Field
Minimum of 15 years working experience in the discipline.
Excellent team player and unilateral leadership to external engineering firms and internal assigned resources to achieve strategic company initiatives in a timely and cost-effective manner
Design and logistical knowledge of Automated Storage retrieval systems, Laser Guided vehicles, monorail conveying and tradition chain conveying.
Knowledge of automated distribution centers and pallet picking
Knowledge of large truck and rail shipping yards and related logistics
Willing and able to travel to US and Mexico greater than 50%
Bilingual English and Spanish a plus
