This role is responsible for managing the ingestion and quality process of participants of the Small Business Risk Insight (SBRI) program and the Trade Exchange program to ensure the database is updated and customer deliverables are satisfied.
Essential Key Responsibilities/Job Summary
Manage the process by which commercial payment data from the financial sector is transferred and ingested into D&B databases. Investigate and resolve problems.
Leverage technical skills such as JCL, SAS, Business Objects, SQL, and PHP and serve as technical liaison between key business partners with respect to maintaining the flow of information.
Perform quality checks and analysis on data and fulfill internal and external queries supporting product, services, and revenue.
Ensure information flows into the system by contacting data suppliers who are latent and manage the expected compliance of the information.
Manage new data participants following D&B information policies to increase the size the of database and support the data strategy.
Participate in projects to transform the business to a new environment and gain operational efficiencies.
Drive continuous improvements to achieve enhanced data quality and improved customer deliverables
Develop and cultivate long term business partner and customer relationships utilizing strong communication skills.
Partner with internal and external customers, acting as SME for related data analytics, to cultivate understanding of data flows, data rationalization, and information value that will lead to incremental revenue for D&B.
Serve as a resource to other team members and support the SBRI Advisory Council.
Display strong leadership skills through the organization and activities of concurrent projects.
Education/Experience and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of related business experience.
Strong technical aptitude.
Proficient in Microsoft office suite in addition to JCL, SQL, JIRA, Business Objects
Results oriented and are capable of working independently while managing multiple priorities
Proven track record in collaborating with others and taking leadership roles in collaborative initiatives.
Strong organization, and communication, skills.
The ability to operate with a sense of urgency, and meet deadlines, is critical.
