Job Description:


Broad Function:  Administrative and technical support for the Quality Control department.  Duties include organization, preparation and filing of various forms of documentation required by customers, as well as use of computerized manufacturing equipment to measure and analyze features on printed circuit boards.  Responsible for verification of deliverables for specific customers and disposition of returned materials.

 

2nd shift 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM.  This position will be located at our building address of 10720 Bradford Rd.

 

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Use prints and specifications to create AS9102 forms as required

  • Create CMM  "programs" to reduce setup time on repeat orders, measure First Article boards for QC and measure layers on the OGP when the normal operator is unavailable

  • Scan and e-file material certifications

  • Receive in Returned Material Authorizations (RMAs) and update in Paradigm manufacturing system. Coordinate disposition for rework or restart.

  • Review and verify QC deliverables and submit to designated customers.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

 

Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:


  • Ability to read a manufacturing drawing

  • Knowledge of basic GD&T -basic dimensions, datums, position tolerances, profile tolerances, MMC

  • Understanding of material Certificate of Compliance (C of C) forms

  • Strong computer skills and technical aptitude

  • Ability to manage multiple administrative and written tasks professionally and accurately within designated timelines

 

Physical requirements:


  1. Lift up to 25-50 lbs.

  2. Must be able to pay attention to detail while switching between different circuit board programs

  3. Must be able to handle interruptions to work flow as necessary to accommodate engineering requests

 

Education: Minimum H.S. diploma or equivalent.



Experience: Strong computer skills and technical aptitude. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple administrative and written tasks professionally and accurately within designated timelines. Previous experience reading and interpreting GD&T requirements on manufacturing drawings helpful. PCB/CCA experience preferred, but not required. Previous quality inspection experience or electronic assembly background helpful.

 

Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC including but not limited to: a) being able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents; b) recognition of  Foreign Person visitors by badge differentiation; c) understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL); d) understand the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US; e) manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.
