Role Overview:

The Service Line Director will hold profit and loss responsibility for their division's revenue and ensures strategic alignment of cross-functional resources to promote the success of the service line. The Service Line Director manages tactical external client and vendor relationships, leads and develops high-performing teams and juggles multiple projects and navigates shifting with priorities with ease.

Role Responsibilities:


  • Direct and coordinate internal operations in business units.

  • Oversee and work with Service Line Managers and Team Leaders to ensure effective workflow, prioritization and effective project management.

  • Remain up-to-date on industry changes to reimbursement methodology, coverage policies, etc. and communicate implications as appropriate.

  • Ensure the development and ongoing adjustments of strategic plans to meet objectives

  • Assist Senior Service Line Director or VP with coordinating & facilitating in-service to new client customer service personnel.

  • Conduct team and individual meetings on a regular basis to communicate best practices, overall concerns, goal attainment etc.

  • Participate and provide input into development of strategic utilization of internal and external partners and implements approved strategic plans to increase productivity and effectiveness.

  • Understand and agree to role-specific information security access and responsibilities.

  • Ensure safety and confidentiality of data and systems by adhering to the organizations

  • information security policies.

  • Read, understand, and agree to security policies and complete all annual security and compliance training

Role Requirements:


  • 5 years of management experience, preferably in a healthcare setting or health care supplier setting

  • Strong performance management knowledge

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Excellent relationship building skills

  • Effective leadership skills

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Master's degree preferred
