The Graphic Designer creates design for a variety of print and digital materials. She/he maintains design standards by ensuring creative content is on par with company expectations for excellence. The Graphic Designer also works to provide creative support and direction to other creatives within the company, monitors production schedules as necessary and organizes creative projects with internal and external stakeholders, staff, vendors, and industry peers.


  • BA in Graphic and/or Interactive Design or similar program emphasizing visual communications and related technology

  • A creative problem solver with excellent verbal and interpersonal skills, able to give and receive feedback, and familiar with the critique process necessary to develop visual communications in a team environment

  • 2 to 5 years of design experience in a corporate or agency setting with vendor management experience

  • Must have acute attention to detail, be organized and able to work on multiple simultaneous projects and timelines

  • Detailed knowledge of industry standard design software Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office Suite including: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, PowerPoint (Word a plus), Animation work (After Effects a plus)

  • Strong knowledge of print and web design standards and practices

  • Willing to assist with auxiliary projects like assisting in photo shoots, file management, cms for website updates, Hubspot experience a plus

  • Potential travel and off-hours work.

  • Willingness to learn new technologies and design skills to expand knowledge base and support the advancement of team functions

  • High level of listening skills, ability to work independently to produce work on time, enthusiastic to collaborate with team members as needed to develop print or digital collateral as needed
