As the BETA team grows, we are seeking an Office Coordinator who will support leadership and help us keep our headquarters running smoothly and efficiently.
Role & Responsibilities
Manage calendars/schedules for the BETA leadership team. This will include working with clients, prospects, and partners to coordinate virtual and onsite meetings.
Manage expense submissions for the BETA leadership team.
Manage and serve as a point of contact for onsite visitors (meet, greet, and connect visitors with their host(s).
Coordinate and manage conference room schedules.
Coordinate travel, hotels and meals for leadership and guests, as needed.
Assist facilities team with ordering of office supplies and general office needs.
Manage and triage BETA Company Phone line.
Support company meetings and events.
