Provider Services Director

Summary Description 

Responsible for stakeholder engagement activities related to NETSPAP providers, including education, training and recruitment efforts.

Accountabilities 

• Coordinates communications between Kepro and Providers and other Subcontractors.


• Responsible for retaining and recruiting Providers for the NETSPAP program.


• Assist with provider education and training activities.


• Ensure accurate and timely reporting on related provider recruitment activities.


• Help train program staff on issues related to transportation providers needs.

The list of accountabilities is not intended to be all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties that management may deem necessary from time to time. 

Supervisory Responsibility

• Provider Education and Outreach Specialist

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare, human services or closely related field preferred.

Experience 

• Experience with Medicare/Medicaid policies preferred.
