Registered Nurse/RN:

Status: Full-time

Schedule: Rotating days

Shift: Day or Night (12-hour shifts) - Evening and Night Shift Differentials

The primary responsibility of this position is to implement and maintain established nursing objectives and standards, provide direct nursing care to the residents and supervise the day to day nursing activities performed by the CNA’s.

Details

Responsibilities:

• Provide planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care


• Supervise execution of the resident plan of care and participate in development of the plan of care


• Communicate changes in patients' clinical condition with Physicians, Nursing Supervisor/Manager, and co-workers as appropriate

Qualifications:

• Graduated from an accredited nursing school


• Current unencumbered RN license 


• Current BLS certification


• Prior experience in an sub-acute care or long term care setting is preferred
