Provide leadership to the Business Information Management Team and manage the daily operations of the team. Represent the team to the organization and ensuring that they are continually improving processes and end-user experiences. Work collaboratively with leadership to provide oversight of a comprehensive Business Information Management program for the protection, retention, and disposition of the organization's data in compliance with current policies and business requirements. Provide leadership and accountability for the successful implementation and management of on-premise and cloud content applications such as the o365 Suite, including Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint. Work closely with business units to fully maximize the capabilities of o365 and accountable for the migration efforts.
Regularly measures and reports on key performance metrics to leadership. Provide team leadership to ensure the team is meeting business demands proactively. Provide guidance and direction in creating and managing budgets, policies, and procedures to support the related technologies. Establishes and maintains collaborative relationships with leaders and key software vendors.

  • Provide leadership in the p lanning, organizing, and directing the implementation and management of Office 365, SharePoint, and other content related solutions.

  • Provide direction and mentoring to team members in developing complex solutions using Office 365 and SharePoint features, third party integrations

  • Champion the understanding of the organization's vision and strategic imperatives to the Business Information Management team and business units.

  • Work collaboratively in all legal hold and e-discovery efforts.

  • Passionately champion the cultural adoption of video collaboration technologies and provide leadership for conference room video technology.

Leadership responsibilities:

Optimization


  • Responsible for establishing and reporting on goals, strategies, key performance metrics, and plans necessary to execute the strategy and to maximize the value of technology.

  • Determine, manage, and forecast resource needs and availability.

  • Track projects, resources, and report current status and project forecasts to leadership regularly.

  • Ensure that budget expenses are regularly tracked, operational expenses are minimized, and capital investments are utilized effectively and efficiently.

  • Complete and/or recommend salary administration for team members in accordance with procedures.

  • Ensure that day to day operational needs and projects are equally met to timely serve the current and future needs of our teammates and customers

  • Develop team members through coaching, training and development, opportunities, and on-going performance feedback, including timely follow-up on individual development plans; counsel team members on performance issues.

  • Responsible for attracting, selecting, and on-boarding a diverse and qualified team and determining the appropriate team resource requirements to meet the strategic direction.


Minimum Qualifications:

At least a bachelor's degree in a related field, 7+ years of technical experience managing and maintaining large and complex IT services. 7+ years of IT team leadership experience. Experienced in 0365, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, MDM and deep knowledge of Windows OS preferred. Certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, CISSP or CISA preferred.
