The Data Engineering Business Analyst activities include:
• Required 4-year Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, information technology or business analytics
• Minimum 5+ years related work experience in a Business Analyst or similar role
• Experience with large scale environments is required
• Ability to manage and track multiple technical projects to completion
• Excellent organizational, presentation, and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to interact with experts from multiple disciplines, both technical and non-technical
• Experience with Agile methodology for system implementations
Required Soft skills
• Effective communicator with ability to communicate across all levels of the organization
• Be focused on deliverables and be able to manage multiple high priority deliverables
• Ability to partner with other teams and get things done
• Ability to operate in an agile environment, which requires flexibility in competing priorities
• Critical thinking skills to understand and analyze complex problems
• Ability to motivate team members, facilitates change, and influences others
Other Preferred Skills
• Experience with BusinessObjects or any other reporting tools in any business process
• Experience with Human Resources, Reporting and Finance related processes
