In
this role you will focus on facilitating the growth of the Contract channel
through various, interconnected functions. You will create and drive process
that ensure solid execution of MF Projects. You are expected to work cross
functionally with sales, final-mile, order management and finance initiatives to
improve and automate current functions allowing the channel to scale to desired
target of $100M in Multi Family Direct Sales.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Own the relationship with existing and potential developers and manage the Multi Family Team to drive additional sales, profitability
Allocate and oversee responsibilities to Multi Family team to ensure growth and performance on projects and act as key contact with internal product line teams on industry trends and needs for NPI
Partner with marketing team to identify, reach and convert new opportunities in Multi Family space and continue to work with current BI team and external partners on industry data and trends
Responsible for the profitable sales growth of this business group and for growing market share in the Multi Family segment
Ensure connectivity with all functions supporting Multi Family segment (Final Mile, Finance, CDT, etc)
Sales lead for identifying and resolving any AR issues with support from AR
Provide leadership and opportunity for growth of Multi Family team
Responsible for creation and execution of complete business cycle in National Multi Family Segment including specific tasks that are assigned to each Multi Family team member

Minimum Qualification
EDUCATION &
EXPERIENCE (Minimum Qualifications):
Minimum three years' experience in sales.
Strong understanding of National MF segment and key players
Familiar with execution of MF construction processes
