We are currently seeking a Client Services Specialist I - Health Concierge to join our team in Omaha, Nebraska (US-NE), United States (US).

NTT DATA Services currently seeks Medical Claims Benefit Specialist to join our team for a seven month or longer temporary assignment with the possibility of being hired permanently. JOB SUMMARY

In this role you will be responsible for:


  • May handle customer service inquiries and problems

  • Triage resulting rework to appropriate staff

  • Document and track contacts with members, providers, and plan sponsors

  • Process claim referrals, new claim handoffs, nurse reviews, and appeals

  • Handles file review request and assist as required

  • Performs review of member claim history to ensure accurate tracking of benefits

  • Assesses Client's needs, research and communicate information regarding plan

  • Handles written inquiries related to requests for pre-approvals/pre-authorizations, reconsiderations, or appeals.

  • Ability to multi-task to accomplish workload efficiently

JOB QUALIFICATIONS


  • 2+ Medical Claims processing

  • 1+ years of experience with Medicare/Medicaid or Health Insurance.

  • Read and interpret policies, procedures, and instructions

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products

TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Requires sitting for long periods of time. Some bending, stretching or reaching required. Requires the physical dexterity to operate a keyboard, calculator, telephone, copier and other office equipment as necessary. Requires ability to perform data entry functions for 95% of the scheduled work shift and perform duties in a fast-paced environment with high demands and tight deadlines. Requires ability to view computer monitor for long periods of time without eyestrain.
