Pricing Consultant:

You will be reporting to the VP USIS Price Leader, The Pricing Consultant is responsible for driving growth through price for a vertical, Line of Business or Channel within the USIS Business Unit.

What you'll do

• Own planning and execution of Pricing lead growth initiatives


• Manage annual price increase programs, including billing table management, sales education, and customer communication and exception management Drive deal engagement among key internal stakeholders for Major deal opportunities


• Provide high impact strategic analyses to support price optimization/ value-based selling


• Lead strategic pricing engagements for Executive leadership, focused on optimizing price position across market segments and key product lines.


• Support deployment of new CPQ/ Billing systems for assigned Vertical, Line of Business or Channel


• Develop deep expertise in market and competitive environment for assigned Vertical, Line of Business or Channel


• Partner with Finance to ensure revenue reporting and scorecards reflect pricing action


• Deliver thought-leadership on monetization strategies  

Qualifications

• 5-7 years experience deploying profit optimizing monetization strategies in a multi-channel B2B environment


• Willingness to “roll up your sleeves” to ensure flawless execution of Pricing initiatives


• Exceptional analytical and communication skills (both “Hard” and “Soft” skills);


• Exceptional ability to synthesize data into strategic and tactical recommendations and drive flawless execution


• Passion for creative problem solving


• Experience with new CPQ / Billing System implementations


• Ability to execute in a fast paced, complex environment


• Comfort communicating with senior leaders


• MBA preferred, but not required


• Strategy or Pricing Consultancy experience a plus


• Less than 10% travel
