Job Summary

The Implementation Specialist plays an essential role in providing onsite implementation of award-winning products to clients in the healthcare and enterprise industries. This position requires frequent travel within the U.S. and Canada, strong project and time management skills, and excellent communication skills to represent the leading interpretation company in the world. The right candidate is organized, self-disciplined and highly motivated to be a part of a global team that creates transformation and meaningful experiences for our clients.

Essential Job Functions




  • Support the business continuity of the Company and LLS clients as an essential worker




  • Conduct client research and lead client meetings to understand business needs




  • Conduct meetings with sales representatives to gather basic information about the client




  • Analyze data and information to identify gaps and opportunities for the implementation process




  • Address, keep track and manage all the tasks associated with the client's implementation project




  • Draft training presentations, plans and reports for the clients in PP, Excel and Word




  • Enter orders of materials and equipment in Salesforce




  • Document all tasks, activities, events and correspondence in Salesforce




  • Coordinate all logistics for the roll out of products (equipment arrival, travel, schedules, etc.)




  • Coordinate all logistics while at client's location (equipment inventory & tracking, team assignment, trash disposal, staging area organization, etc.)




  • Install, connect, demonstrate and troubleshoot LLS phone and video equipment at client's location




  • Deliver product training to clients onsite or remotely




  • Participate in special projects as assigned


Qualifications




  • College degree or 2+ years relevant implementation experience




  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Power Point




  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills




  • Knowledge of basic project management




  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with high attention to detail




  • Good public speaking and interpersonal skills




  • Ability to work flexible shifts and weekends to accommodate customer needs and requests




  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service environment




  • Excellent troubleshooting and creative problem-solving skills




  • Good follow-up skills; the ability to understand and develop the "big picture"; adaptability to process changes; and a strong sense of importance and ownership




  • Self-motivated, self-directed and think and act independently while also being team oriented




  • Knowledge of the interpretation and translation industry preferred




  • Work experience in the healthcare highly preferred




  • Experience with Salesforce preferred


Typical Physical Activities




  • Constantly talking and moving to provide hands-on training and demonstration of equipment




  • Walking, standing, kneeling and bending while onsite at customer locations to prepare, deploy and install equipment




  • Must be able to lift up to 45 pounds


Requirements




  • Travel by plane and/or car is required up to 85%




  • Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record




  • Must have a valid US passport and/or Permanent Resident Card




  • Ability to work in hospital's clinical and support areas, by interacting with staff and installing interpreting equipment in patients' rooms




  • Must be able to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as prescribed by the client and local agencies




  • Must be able to comply with mandatory health screening requirements as prescribed by the client and local agencies
