Job Description:

The IT Project Coordinator provides support to the IT Project Office with tracking and facilitating projects. Assists with managing projects and timelines for assigned projects.

DUTIES


  1. Compiles project status reports, coordinates project schedules manages project meetings, and assists with maintaining project documentation, plans, and reports

  2. Supports the project director and project managers by assisting with administrative preparation for meetings. This will include scheduling and attending meetings, taking meeting notes, document key meeting decisions, maintaining the project plans, getting status updates from team members, and assist with preparing presentations

  3. Tracks and processes contracts and invoices to ensure proper contract process is completed

  4. Prepares, maintains, and enhances all IT project documentation area which must be up-to-date and reflect changes

  4. Ability to produce a quality project, agenda, and meeting minute's documents

WORK LOCATION AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Primary Work Location: Works in an office environment

Physical Demands: Work is normally performed in a typical interior work environment that does not subject the employee to any unpleasant elements. The position is physically comfortable; the individual has discretion about sitting, walking, standing, etc. The work environment involves minimal exposure to physical risks

Required Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of job-related experience
License/Certification: None Required

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS


  1. A Baccalaureate degree is an asset

  2. Experience with web and application development tools such as Dreamweaver, Contribute, and SharePoint is an asset
