As Internal Auditor, HDC Operations, you should have strong project management skills, the drive to innovate, and the ability to build strong partnerships to lead through the influence of others. This position is responsible for inspecting, auditing and reporting on all operational processes within the HDC.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Independently determine and recommend the appropriate course of action when issues are detected
  
  
• Prepare detailed documentation results of researched analysis and supporting evidence
• Report and document any process or system opportunities implement next steps and resolution
  
  
• Provide continuous analytical support with various types of ongoing QA Issues
  
  
• Support QA activities - this includes but is not limited to the following: Uniform Compliance, COI compliance, driver credentials, and driver assignment.
  
  
• Develop and maintain strong working relationship with internal partners to assist to identify current payment trends occurring in our organization
  
  
• Respond timely to internal partners communications
  
  
• Assist in providing data documentation
  
  

REQUIREMENTS

• 1+ years experience in a Quality Assurance/Control position
  
  
• Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in Salesforce
  
  
• Proficient computer skills in iOS devices, Microsoft Office and Google applications
  
  
• Superior analytical and critical thinking ability to resolve issues
  
  
• Commitment to quality, detail focused on all levels
  
  
• Superior time management, organization and prioritization skills
  
  
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
  
  
• Self-starter with a team player mentality
  
  
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills
  
  

• Flexible to work overtime and be on-call as needed
