NOTE: This Maintenance Tech position will work 11 p.m. – 7:30 a.m. every other weekend. The schedule will be either Friday and Saturday night or Saturday and Sunday night. If interested, this position can also be combined with a Driver position throughout the week for more hours.
POSITION DESCRIPTION: The job duties of the Maintenance Tech include ensuring the community is secured at night, routinely taking out trash and cleaning the receptacles, routinely cleaning wheelchairs, daily delivery of the newspaper and responding to emergencies as needed.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: Prefer two years of related experience. Experience in a Healthcare setting is a plus. Valid Ohio Driver's License in good standing required. Desire to provide excellent customer service and ability to get things done with a sense of urgency. Desire to make a difference in the lives of older adults.
