Corporate Responsibility is currently seeking an Intern with the Grants Management team to assist in data analysis, application compliance reviews, and grant process improvement. The position is based in Washington, DC, but will be remote initially. Remote candidates are welcomed to apply.

Responsibilities would include, but are not limited to, the following:


  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for grantees navigating new and existing grant applications in the Foundation's online application system.
  • Support database mapping revisions, and application data integrity analysis.
  • Support grantee due diligence reviews, including federal financial and regulatory filings.
  • Support with reporting and portfolio management.
  • Assist with the management and presentation of various data in Excel.
  • Assist on special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Strong project management, organizational skills, and commitment to accuracy and keen attention to detail.
  • Proven track record in analytics, database management and development, and reporting skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Team player with the ability and willingness to multitask and help other team members as required.
  • Interest, and preferably experience, in philanthropy, grants management, corporate responsibility, and systems development.
  • Independent thinker, proactive, and self-starter.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) applications.
  • A full-time student, enrolled in a Master's program at an accredited academic institution.
