Maintains and grows an existing book of business via telephone, email, and other marketing techniques
Conducting outbound sales calls to proactively engage customers and build relationships to ensure account retention
Follow-up with sales leads generated through incoming calls, referrals, new National Accounts and other methods to promote Company products and services
Receives customer inquiries, and performs follow up procedures to include providing price quotes, new product information, and receiving feedback regarding company products and services
Assists and resolves customer complaints in a timely manner, notifies management of problems and suggests corrective actions
Clarifies and fulfills customer requests/needs by presenting various selections of products and services, providing pricing information as requested
Understands and supports established sales policies and procedures to provide proper and effective service to all customers, and foster the development of long term business relationships
