Summary:
Provides analysis, tracking of project data, reporting, and aggregation of project and program information. Ensures the best practices relevant to management, reporting, metrics and analysis. Responsible for managing administrative aspects of client and company projects, tracking and monitoring of project progress with regards to deadlines and client needs, assisting in scheduling and logistical coordination, and communicating frequently with team members and management.
Job Responsibilities:


  • Develops analytics and reporting in support of dependency management processes, cost analysis and resource constraints
  • Implements planning and analysis best practices relating forecasting, allocations, performance tracking and reporting
  • Supports end to end budgeting process, including annual and quarterly budgeting, bi-monthly and ad hoc re-forecasting
  • Tracks business outcomes and reports progress to other teams as needed
  • Partners with strategy, business owners and program delivery to report progress, issues and risks
  • Assists in coordinating schedules
  • Coordinates deadlines on all deliverables
  • Assists in monitoring teams progress
  • Coordinates client support efforts
  • Assists in preparing progress and planning documentation when necessary
  • Attends all client and staff meetings pertaining to project

Education/Experience:
