Sales Operations Associate – virtual position

Alcatel Lucent Enterprise is looking for a Sales Operations Manager to work with sales teams to win new business. Key duties of this remote position include

Duties

• Coordinate opportunities for large or custom sales prospects and update salesforce as necessary


• Analyze and win with Senior management wins and losses to major deals


• Provide bid and proposal support for responses to all requests for proposals


• Chair opportunities approval meetings for large deals


• Be the key contact for all State and Local contracts – questions, bid issues, reporting, website assistance, pricing and coordinate any legal input to such contracts


• Work on commission processing including analysis of point of sale reports and compiling reports to finance on sales employee revenue attainment.

Qualifications –

5 year of experience in sales administrative areas including these vital skill areas:

• Strong skills in SalesForce.com – as a power user


• Strong skills in SAP or similar ERP system


• Expert in Excel – must be strong at building, maintaining, and improving the sales commissions actuals file


• Knowledge of state and local contract provisions a plus

BS degree in business or similar field
