Position Description
Valiant Integrated Systems, a leader in the Defense Services industry, is looking for an experienced, highly skilled VBS3 Gaming System Integrator to join our professional team at the Clarke Simulations Center located on Fort Benning, GA. The selected candidate will conduct instruction on basic operations of VBS3 software in support of Army Games for Training Systems at Clarke Simulations Center or their replacement.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Facilitate VBS3 Call for Fire and Land Navigation in support of unit training.
- Provide scenario development and management or modification of existing scenarios and supporting documentation for Army Gaming Systems to support scheduled classes or exercises.
- Provide terrain database development and management or modification of existing databases and supporting documentation for scheduled classes or exercises. Set up gaming workstations and work areas to support exercises, seminars, or working groups.
- Setup and arrange workstations in a manner to support the requirements of the exercise, ensure necessary supplies, support equipment, training materials, terrain boards, audio/visual equipment, and furniture are in place prior to the exercise.
- Will perform other duties in support of the mission based upon Performance Work Statement (PWS) requirements as assigned.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Prior experience with VBS3 and Army Games for Training preferred.
- Must have graduated from the Army Instructor Training Course or equivalent level course.
- Graduate of Advanced Leaders Course (ALC) or equivalent level of military schooling.
- Must have understanding of military tactics and doctrine.
- You will be required to go through a train-the-trainer certification in the approved VBS3 Gaming applications.
- Must be registered in the ATCTS (Army Training Certification Tracking System) at commencement of services.
- Must have a SECRET Security Clearance (Applicant selected will be subject to government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements to access classified information)
- Proficient in the English language with good communication skills.
