Job Description:

Job Summary: The Sales Training Content Manager is responsible for evaluating, creating, implementing and managing RSA training material for all Tempur Sealy brands and products. The Sales Training Content Manager is responsible for the TSi Learning Management System structure, usability and effectiveness for internal and external (retailer) users. The Sales Training Content Manager will be expected to foster strong working relationships with Brand Marketing, Product Marketing, Retail Marketing, Category Management, eLearning, Legal, New Product Development and outside vendors.


Essential Duties, Responsibilities, and Key Results Area:



  • Manage and maintain an RSA training material library for the field team. Includes removal, maintenance, and creation of content.

  • Work with New Product Development teams and Marketing departments on new product positioning, features and benefits, etc.

  • Work with HQ teams on RSA friendly training guides and product specs. Serve as "voice of RSA" inside Tempur Sealy

  • Create RSA training material for field use including power points, handouts, EASI tools, in-store demos

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key sales team members and customer training personnel in assigned strategic accounts and work collaboratively on their training programs.

  • Create, develop and launch a video library of training tutorials.

  • Serve as the "go-to" person for training content

  • Ensure TSI eLearning system is competitive in market, uses best in class strategies, and sees high usage from internal and external users

  • Manage LMS site administrator

  • To ensure a high level of service to our retail customers, it is considered an essential duty to be available to work a flexible schedule that meets the needs of the retail industry. This includes evening and weekends, as necessary, as well as multiple simultaneous work days.

  • Provide guidance and support to trainers who oversee new hire on-boarding process

  • Follow all Tempur Sealy company policies and procedures.

  • Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by the Director of Sales Training.
