Call Routing Specialist at Big Ass Fans in Lexington, Kentucky

Job Description:

Big Ass Fans (BAF) is looking for an energetic and motivated professional to join our Sales Operations team as a Call Routing Specialist. The Call Routing Specialist is a key role in the sales process as they are the frontline for answering and fielding all incoming calls. Responsibilities:

• Receive a high volume of incoming phone calls and determine appropriate action for each call utilizing cloud-based CRM or other internal resources


• Ability to obtain additional information from the caller in order to make quick decisions on appropriate next steps


• Responsible for documenting a detailed summary of conversations and conference details after every call


• Assist in uploading leads acquired through trade shows to CRM


• Ability to cross-examine information in CRM to check for accuracy and thoroughness


• Work cross-departmentally to obtain answers and information needed


• Other sales operations duties as needed including but not limited to building quotations and processing orders in CRM, making outbound phone calls, responding to customer inquiries via email and web-chats.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1-year prior experience in data entry


• BA or BS or equivalent experience


• Familiarity with cloud-based CRM


• Superb communication skills a must


• Self-motivated, driven, success-oriented individual


• Strong organizational and time management skills


• Open to working a consistent schedule between the hours of 7:30am-6:00pm
