Job Description:

As a Regional Sales Manager based in the Western region (CA, WA, NV, OR, UT, CO) you will have regional responsibly for generating sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with new customers in the US for rotary control valves, actuators, and control accessories.


Position Functions & Responsibilities:



  • Regional responsibly for generating sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with new customers in the US for rotary control valves, actuators, and control accessories

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, brand recognition and acceptance, and market share

  • Coordinate the efforts and activities of internal and external sales teams so as to maximize results in an efficient and productive manner

  • Support management objectives in meeting annual sales budgets for revenue and profit, while keeping expenses and overhead within budget as applicable

  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and market changes

  • Assist in developing sales and marketing plans with the Bray USA and Bray International management teams

  • Adhere to and enforce all company policies

  • Complete all routine reports as necessary to ensure effective information distribution

  • Maintain accurate and timely opportunity and account records in CRM

Minimum Qualifications:



  • 7 + years of experience selling rotary control valves, pneumatic and electric actuators, and control accessories

  • Proven sales performance

  • Ability to coach, train, and develop people

  • Permanent work authorization for the US

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Valid Driver License

  • Proficient in MS Office

  • Familiar with CRM account and opportunity management programs

Required

  • 7 year(s): Strong automation and controls application engineering experience

  • 7 year(s): Sizing and selection automation products, control valves, and control accessories

  • 7 year(s): Direct customer and distribution channels management experience

  • 7 year(s): Rotary control valves, pneumatic and electric actuators, and control accessories
