AMETEK’s Engineering Development Program starts with you! Our commitment is to provide you with challenging professional assignments to prepare you to become part of AMETEK’s Engineering team at completion of the program. Additionally, you can expect the following:

As an AMETEK Engineering Development Associate, you will have the opportunity to participate in three 1- year rotational assignments including:
• Design Engineering
• Manufacturing Engineering
• Applications Engineering
• Field Sales Engineering
• Operations (Quality/Supply Chain)
Our Engineering positions will build your technical expertise in a variety of business applications. You’ll work with innovative technologies and learn from some of the best Engineering leaders in the business. Throughout your assignments, you’ll collaborate with team members, customers, and suppliers to solve business problems:
• Design new, and evaluate existing products, processes, and/or systems
• Participate in operational process improvement initiatives that impact key performance indicators
• Work on cross functional project teams with colleagues in Marketing, Sales, R&D, and Operations

Position Requirements:
Education/Experience:
• Minimum 3.0 grade point average
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• Flexible and adaptable to new situations
• Inquisitive nature and a passion for solving problems
• Ability to work both independently and as a team contributor
• Ability to relocate for expanded career opportunities preferred
