As a Software Developer Lead within PNC's Retail MIS Technology organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Strongsville, OH, Charlotte, NC, Philadelphia, PA, or other locations within PNC footprint.
The chosen candidate should have experience on several of the following technologies, but would not be expected to have all: • Understanding of Micro-Services, REST APIs, and Cloud Based architectures • Strong Java development experience using Spring • Experience on multiple platforms, and the ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies • Experience troubleshooting on several environments • Experience with Red Hat Openshift, Kubernetes, Apigee, LogInsight, Gradle, Groovy, Karate, JMeter, SonarLint, Sonar Cube, Jenkins • Knowledge of PING Identify (OAuth, WSSO, and Security Services) • Prior experience using Jenkins and Artifactory • Unix/Linux, Power Shell/Scripting Technologies • Database Experience (Oracle and/or MS Sql Server, etc) including performance tuning is a nice to have • Functional Knowledge of Mainframe, Cobol, VSAM, Db2 would be a plus • Experience with “Policy as Code” would be a nice to have • UI/UX Experience, Spring Boot, Angular would be a plus

Work Experience
Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience. Certifications are often desired. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education and experience (including military service) may be considered.
