We Offer
We are seeking hardworking, experienced Support Engineer to join a growing, high-visibility cross-Bank team that is developing and deploying solutions for E-communications surveillance. "Electronic Communications Surveillance" has become an emerging priority for Credit Suisse (CS) where you will support Compliance and front office teams with data spanning Credit Suisse's global organization to seek emerging challenges of unstructured data:


  • Strategic application / platform that will be used by CS for Electronic Communications Surveillance, that provides supervisors with a strategic, risk-based control process that assists in monitoring the Manipulation of FX and the LIBOR submission process and other identified processes (e.g. indices' submission)
  • Large-scale distributed data analytics platforms and compute environments (Elastic Search)
  • Batch Scheduling through Jenkins and processing unstructured data to generate alerts based on lexicon
  • MIS Reporting in Tableau

  • Proven knowledge of Elastic Search, Data Search and Relational Query Language!
  • Proficient in Python, Ansible, Salt and dev ops technologies. Linux and BASH scripting
  • Knowledge in Elastic Cluster maintenance, PostgreSQL and Curl Commands along with new way to build scripts to improve and optimize technical operational process
  • Experience in Service Management i.e. Release management, Incident management as well as experience with deployment toolsets like Odyssey & Git
  • Dedicated problem solver with production support experience and an ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary, distributed team. You are a self-starter with a strong curiosity for extracting knowledge from data and the ability to elicit technical requirements from a non-technical audience
  • Equivalent experience at least of 7 years of in enterprise IT at a global organization with recent 3 years in compliance and surveillance related applications.
  • Communication skill is essential!
  • Proven experience in handling Quarterly Maintenance Activity, space maintenance & Environment monitoring and catering to Audit requirements
  • Experience in Data Manipulation and Transformation using Pentaho and visualization using Tableau
