Job Description:

Summary:

The Associate Manager – Air Care will own and drive the execution of key elements of the brand’s integrated marketing campaign to enable the growth of Glade’s largest and most global product segments.  This person will also lead and coordinate Glade’s global sustainability efforts.  This position is in SCJ’s Global Marketing team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Drive the execution and delivery of key Glade global brand assets and toolkits covering both above and below the line advertising.


• Partner with the Global eCommerce team to lead the development of Glade’s refreshed global eCommerce content.


• Lead the development of the refresh of glade.com.


• Coordinate the strategy and activities in support of Glade’s global sustainability approach.


• Support the equity team’s operation by owning the OOP and SOW budgets across Glade’s agency partners.


• Provide support on Glade’s global packaging redesign effort to ensure connectivity with the regions and seamless execution.


• Partner with markets/clusters in the IGP planning against local problems to solve by building and aligning global solutions with local markets and senior regional leadership.


• Understand consumer and shopper insights that drive segment priorities. Execute analysis and make conclusions/recommendations to support business initiatives and priorities.


• Provide analysis in support of strategy development. Execute day-to-day responsibilities against business priorities that best align with the strategy.

Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:

• Bachelor's degree and minimum 5 years of relevant experience, or minimum 3 years of experience and Advanced Degree required.


• Strong interest/experience in the CPG industry.


• Understand fundamentals of managing a business P&L.

Preferred Skills / Experience / Competencies:

• Global experience/exposure is ideal but not required.


• Prior FMCG/CPG experience preferred.


• Master’s Degree in Business Administration preferred.


• Proven project leadership capability with excellent ability to work with cross functional teams is critical, and a key success driver.


• Ability to remove barriers by focusing on priorities, making timely decisions, and maximizing empowerment


• High sense of urgency to deliver winning results individually and through others


• Approach situations and processes with curiosity and open‐mindedness while applying new learnings
