We are currently seeking a SalesForce CPQ Architect to join our team in Campbell, California (US-CA), United States (US).

The CPQ Solution Architect role will work directly with the project team and with clients gathering requirements to analyze, design and/or implement SFDC CPQ. He/she should have solid functional and industry knowledge and knowledge of other salesforce products: Sales Cloud, Communities and Service Cloud. Requirements include:

• Hands on experience working on salesforce.com consulting/implementation (will consider experience on other select platforms, especially if related to quote to cash process)


• Senior consulting background desired with strong communication, soft-skills, facilitation, and analysis capabilities. The Senior consultant must be able to work directly with NTT's clients in complex scenarios to adapt existing business processes to the Salesforce CPQ platform. Frequently, the Sr. Consultant will work across multiple business groups to mold the desired or current state quote to cash business processes to future state digital transformation.


• Ability to manage and direct configuration resources & provide leadership for a wider team. Ability to grow and mentor resources as the NTT CPQ practice grows.


• Working experience in CPQ projects (prefer 3 or more end-to-end transformational projects on Salesforce CPQ)


• Experience conducting scoping sessions, gather requirements, estimating and resource modeling, and architect solutions involving Salesforce CPQ.


• Product Selection, Bundling and Configuration Rules, Pricing and Discounting, Quote Output Generation, Contracting Process knowledge.


• Proficiency in administrative tasks such as managing permissions, page layouts, templates, approvals, workflow, products, price books, reports, and dashboards.


• Certifications - Certified CPQ Specialist, Salesforce Administrator


• Strongly Preferred - Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant


• Ability to clearly differentiate and articulate on how requirements can be fulfilled by out of box vs point and click vs custom code


• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience

Nice to have skills

• Salesforce Certifications: Admin & App Builder; Advanced Admin, Sales


• Certified Salesforce CPQ Admin


• Community Cloud a huge plus, especially PRM and lightning

• Salesforce billing experience is a plus.


• Any experience in the following areas a big plus; Salesforce CPQ QCP (functional or technical), Conga, & eSignature products. Previous project experience with ERP integration (from a functional standpoint) would be appreciated.

Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ years of overall consulting experience


• 3+ years' experience on Salesforce CPQ preferred (previous experience in SA role on other CPQ platforms such as Apttus/Pros/etc considered)


• 5+ years of Salesforce.com experience including Sales cloud, Service cloud, CPQ (Steelbrick), APEX and/or VisualForce
