Job Description:

PAPÉ MACHINERY, INC. – AGRICULTURE & TURF DIVISION - EUGENE, OR - CORPORATE

 

CORPORATE SALES ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT:  Immediate opening for a position in the Corporate Sales Department for the Agriculture and Turf division. Responsibilities to include, but not limited to the following:


  • Administration of machine sales and whole goods inventory.

  • Data entry, inventory record maintenance, and invoice processing.

  • Providing assistance to branch Sales Administrators for paper flow and sales programs.

  • Purchasing of machine warranties and settlement with the John Deere business system.

The successful applicant will be team oriented, able to work without direct supervision, and have excellent oral and written communication skills. Prefer experience with the Tandem business system and John Deere Dealer Net. Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and excellent computer skills are essential. Experience in accounting, book keeping or finance would be beneficial.
