Senior Technical Product Manager

As Senior Technical Project Manager you will be responsible for assisting in the strategy and product roadmap delivery of CTO products and technology solutions. Moreover, you will collaborate with cross functional teams globally for product development and increase adoption across the company

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Working with cross-functional (process, design, build, test) teams to deliver features and products


• Demonstrating deep technical experience with products to conducts evaluations and develop product knowledge


• Owning the short-term product roadmap and it's integration into a larger application or strategic roadmap


• Influencing customers and product managers through credible knowledge and experience, persuasion and influencing skills


• Leading customer and stakeholder interviews to align product design with roles (personas)


• Own the product backlog; continuously groom and ensure that an agreed scope is always ready to move into development


• Leading the product development team; facilitate discussions, provide clarification, story acceptance and refinement, testing and validation; owner of functional or technical product design


• Translating unstructured or ambiguous requests into actionable user stories and work units through problem decomposition and planning

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline with strong expertise in Technical Product Management or equivalent years of experience in lieu of a degree


• Have a minimum 5 years' experience with product or project management


• Have experience with Microsoft O365, specifically Power Apps and Power Automate


• Have experience with technical designs, configurations


• Have proven experience with business analysis, process simplification and stakeholder management


• Have experience with Waterfall and Agile software implementation approaches


• Have experience in areas such as caching, APIs, data transfer, scalability, and security


• Be an expert using proficiency tools supporting the Software Development Lifecycle such as Rally, MS Project, and Smart Sheet, etc.


• Be able to travel as required
