Description

Your role at MOBE

The Community Product Manager will be serve as the product and program manager for the MOBE Participant Community. This person will define and advance MOBE’s Community strategy and experience and partner with a cross-section of MOBE functions and teams as subject matter experts to deliver on that. The Community Product Manager will also oversee the Community platform in partnership with the MOBE Digital team and will manage a part-time MOBE Community Moderator.

Responsibilities:


  • Refining and advance the MOBE Participant Community strategy.

  • Develop a Community roadmap, including refining/defining the Participant’s Community experience.

  • Partner with subject matter experts across MOBE to deliver on the strategy and overall experience (e.g., Marketing, Digital, Content, Clinical, and Business Intelligence, etc.).

  • Define and develop, in partnership with Marketing, MOBE Community “campaign plans” to foster Community membership and connection and conversation among Participants, including both campaign and supporting content calendars and the Community content itself.

  • Define and track key Community metrics to assess and inform the strategy, campaigns and experiences.

  • Partner with MOBE’s health and wellness coaching team (the Guide team) to (i) keep Community member recruitment at the forefront and (ii) understand the evolving topics and areas of concern on the top of Participants’ minds to inform Community campaigns.

  • Develop Community standard operating procedures, moderation philosophy, and code of conduct.


 

Position Requirements

Qualifications


  • 8+ years of experience.

  • Experience working in a matrixed organization and/or working with and through other functions and teams to deliver on a program or product.

  • People management experience (direct or indirect).

  • Product management experience.

  • Has liaised with people in the field of psychology, social work or other interpersonal-focused disciplines.

  • Has experience with in-person or on-line communities and/or forums where members are interested in engaging with one another (vs. engaging with a brand or over technical issues).

  • Tech savvy and understands what it means to implement a technology platform.
