PDS GOS Platform & Solutions Lead, Senior Managing Director
Job Description Summary
The PDS GOS Platform & Solutions Leader is responsible for developing, communicating and executing the strategic direction of Cushman & Wakefield's Project & Development Services (PDS) within its Global Occupier Services (GOS) business unit. This position will lead and drive PDS strategic/organic growth and platform initiatives, support and monitor the PDS GOS account P&L's, and ensure alignment with PDS platform business operations and governance.
The PDS GOS Platform & Solutions Leader is a key role in C&W with primary responsibility to partner with the client sales team by creating, defining, and presenting a client centric solution and service delivery model. The role will help set the strategy for Americas GOS PDS Platform by collaborating with other platform leaders within PDS and Regional Leaders within GOS to operationalize accounts to deliver outstanding results for our clients. In addition, the PDS GOS Platform & Solutions Leader will partner with Regional PDS Leaders to further develop solutions, recruiting and integration of services.
Job Description
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate and lead PDS service line efforts with sales teams for RFP responses and presentations
Support sales teams by defining service delivery model, pricing and resource identification required to staff account(s)
Lead in the development of PDS RFP marketing materials and responses
Support sales and account teams during contract renewals and transformations
Champion PDS GOS initiatives that drive innovation and efficiency for accounts and staff alike.:
Evaluate current and future PDS technology platforms
Develop standard client account and sector benchmarking, project estimating tools (annual capital and ad-hoc projects), and processes across GOS accounts
Engage with Marketing and Research to prepare and publish internal and client facing trend reports.
Participate in contract, scope of work documentation and underwriting of contract terms compliance
Collaborate with industry groups and organizations to identify new means, methods, materials and other industry innovations to promote to our clients and teams
Collaborate with C&W Procurement to bridge account teams and clients with available opportunities, develop client account kit of parts and annual sourcing strategies.
Financial responsibilities include:
PDS GOS P&L oversight by account and for service line
Monitor and track revenue trends and mitigate business upsets
Reviewing on account gearing ratios to ensure profitability of account and service line
Support account teams with annual budgeting process
Spearhead and direct the ongoing support and transformation of existing and new GOS accounts, including:
Prioritize and implement annual or ongoing business health check reviews to identify existing and new opportunities for enhancing service solutions and capabilities
Integrate PDS training program and best practices with GOS accounts in conjunction with broader PDS community.
Actively manage and develop PDS GOS account talent in partnership with HR, including promotion of diversity, equity & inclusion, performance reviews, succession planning, etc.
Identify PDS staff expertise across entire platform to provide opportunities for advancement and identify individuals available for new assignments
Coordinate with account to confirm PDS staff levels and talent are aligned to support business needs

IMPORTANT EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree required
Master's degree or MBA preferred
IMPORTANT EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 15 years at management level or other similar capacity Corporate Commercial Project Management Services
Demonstrated leadership and management skills
Experience in directly solutioning and selling Project & Development Services both as a stand-alone service, and as part of an integrated real estate solution
Demonstrated account management experience local, regional and Global levels
Ability to make effective and persuasive presentations on complex topics to employees, clients, and senior management
Demonstrated experience and expertise in large matrix organizations building effective relationship across and throughout verticals
Client, P&L and contract management experience
Possess extensive understanding of real estate outsourcing models
ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS
Possess technical domain knowledge of PDS
Understanding of industry standards, building systems, and construction corporate management
Skilled in financial analysis and knowledge of financial concepts
Ability to comprehend, analyze and interpret complex business documents
Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, video conference and printers. May be required to travel outside between client sites in varying weather conditions.
