Crescent Bank is looking for a talented professional to fill an open position as a National Sales Executive. The National Sales Executive oversees all Lending Sales Functions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:




  • Manages national staff to ensure dealer relationships are profitable, meeting growth expectations and being properly serviced.


  • Works with regional staff to identify and cultivate new dealer relationships.


  • Ensures that sales team is meeting or exceeding assigned KPIs. Addresses and develops areas that are not meeting expectations.


  • Meets sales production and profitability goals.


  • Ensures staff is managing accounts in a manner that accommodates customers needs within standardized processes and policies.


  • Builds relationships with key decision makers, including General Managers, Corporate Management Staff and Dealer Principals.


  • Assist as needed in the development of policies and processes.


  • Responsible for achieving defined sales targets for both new and existing clients through regional sales executives and their teams.


  • Sets direction for policies relative to sales production and variable compensation.


  • Participates in the development and implementation of the Bank's enterprise sales strategy


 



Position Requirements:




  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university; with 5-7 years related experience; or 10 -12 years related banking/lending experience. Demonstrated sales success and sales management experience.


  • 5-7 years experience managing a national or regional sales team


  • 7-10 years experience in auto financial services
