The Opportunity

We are looking to hire a Leasing Manager to join our team; reporting to their Property Manager. The Leasing Manager is responsible for providing excellent customer service while maintaining and achieving occupancy goals of the community. The right person will provide exceptional leadership to their team. The Leasing Manager will build and implement a comprehensive advertising and marketing plan to meet and exceed occupancy goals. They must have an unparalleled passion for service in order to display a commitment of excellence that interprets the Beztak vision and brand.

Key Functions

• Leads the training and professional development of the leasing staff ensuring you are motivating and holding the staff accountable


• Maintains awareness and keeps pace of market trends


• Always displays excellent customer service skills, and a positive demeanor


• Assists with maintaining a clean, friendly, and professional leasing office

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Bachelor’s degree a plus


• Two years’ experience in the industry


• Must have exceptional customer service skills


• Ability to multi-task and quickly adapt to change
